Girls Lacrosse is cancelled for today

Attention Girls Lacrosse- Practice is cancelled for today.

Make sure that you are on the field for our first OFFICIAL day of tryouts on Monday by 4pm with your STICK, GOGGLES, MOUTH GUARD, Reversible Pinny (if you are a returning player), and Shoes.

See the message below from Callie Wheatley (A former Lady Knights Laxer).

"I just wanted to remind of our first lacrosse game next Friday!! It's at Georgia Tech at 7. I was hoping you could pass the information along to the team too and we would love the support!"

The game is Friday Feb. 3rd!  GO CHECK IT OUT and support a fellow Centennial Knight.  Also it is a great opportunity to watch a club lacrosse game at the College level!

Meet in room J-11 for Practice. Bring notebook & pencil

Due to the WET fields at Northwood we will meet in room J-11 today from 4-5:30.  Please bring a notebook and pencil for chalktalk.

Remember: You will not need your lacrosse sticks this week.  

THE ACTIVITY BUS WILL LEAVE BY 4:03pm.  MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR STUFF AND YOU MAKE IT TO THE BUS ON TIME.  15 minutes is plenty of time to change and make to the bus ramp.  THE BUS WILL PICK YOU UP IN FRONT OF THE AUDITORIUM DOORS!

1/23 Monday: 4:15-6pm at Northwood Elementary

1/24 Tuesday 4:15-6pm at Northwood Elementary

1/25 Wednesday 4-6pm at Centennial - Meet on the track at 4pm.

1/26 Thursday 4:15-6pm at Northwood Elementary

1/27 Friday: NO PRACTICE

1/28: TEAM CAMP 

New players: 10-12:30 at Centennial in the Stadium

Returning Players: 8:30am-1pm at Chattahoochee High School

1/29: Team Camp for returning players only 9-12pm at Chattahoochee

Mandatory Lax Meeting- Tuesday January 17th at 6pm in the Cafeteria

There will be a mandatory Girl's lacrosse meeting on Tuesday January 17th  at 6pm in the Cafeteria.  We will serve Pizza and discuss tryouts and the schedule for the regular season.  Please make sure you have printed all of the forms off of the athletics website to bring with you.  MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL COMPLETED NO LATER THAN January 23, 2012 or you will not be able to practice/tryout.

LAX SEMINAR

Ladies- Please come by room B16 and sign up for Lacrosse Seminar.  There will be a sigh-up sheet on the door.  I have to add you each individually to the seminar roster.  It is important for Varsity players to sign up for seminar because we will utilize this time for game film and to discuss plays, etc. SEASON STARTS NOW!
